SESOLINC Operations and Deployment Systems are fielded and Deployed by US Army units (to include elements of 1st Cavalry, 3rd Infantry, 4th Infantry, 10th Mountain, 25th Infantry (L), 101st Air Borne (AA), 13th COSCOM, 18th Corps, 5th Army, SOCOM (Ft. Bragg), the Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Washington, Pennsylvania and Florida National Guards) and the US Air Force and Air Force National Guard to Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, and the National Training Center.

Civilian Governmental agencies, such as The US Veterans Administration (VA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have fielded SESOLINC Command and Control and Medical Support Systems.
